A live view into how learning is going
See at a glance which concepts the class has down and where additional teaching would help.
What the data is made of
Students' work produces signals automatically: which hints they asked for, which step a solution stalled on, how long a task took, which concepts keep showing up as difficult.
Origo combines these into a concept map where every concept gets an estimate of how well the class has it. The map updates as students keep solving.
How to read it
The view is a decision aid for teaching: whether the next lesson is better spent on review or on new material, who would benefit from a small amount of extra practice, which concepts need more worked examples for the class as a whole.
From a concept, you can drill down to a specific student's work and from there to a specific task, if you want to see exactly what the situation is made of.
The data is there so you can target your teaching where it has the most effect.
